Namespace InteractiveReadLine
Classes
- ConsoleReadLine
Exposes a IReadLineProvider that's wrapping a IConsole object, which by default is a wrapper around the System.Console. This class is the standard implementation of a ReadLine provider, intended for use with console applications.
- ExtensionMethods
Provides methods that drive a provider through one line of input. Each method runs the interaction through a handler and disposes the provider before returning.
- LineState
Contains the text and cursor position data produced by a user's interaction with the IReadLineProvider.
- ReadLineConfig
The main configuration object for the ReadLineHandler, instances of this class carry all of the objects which customize and control every aspect of the ReadLineHandler's behavior. Many standard behaviors are provided through the CommonFormatters/CommonKeyBehaviors/CommonLexers tools, but custom behaviors can be attached to this object instead.
- ReadLineHandler
This class handles getting a single line of input from the underlying IReadLineProvider. It reads keys from the provider, determines what the current line of text being edited should be and where the cursor should be positioned. It pushes out the text to the provider, which also serves as the view.
Structs
- ReadLineResult
Represents the outcome of a read line operation: a completed line or one of two outcomes that do not produce a line.
Interfaces
- IReadLineProvider
The underlying contract for any object which is to provide ReadLine functionality to the input handler.
Enums
- ReadLineResultKind
Describes how a read line operation came to an end.
